In our modern world, many of us find ourselves ensnared in a web of anxiety, restlessness, unpredictability, and constant stress. Once sharp and discerning, our minds are clouded, unable to think logically, categorize, and judge accurately.

It’s a constant battle against time, as if it’s slipping away from our grasp. Our lives are consumed by the pursuit of money, creating a self-imposed prison. This exhausting lifestyle leaves little space for activities that nourish our mental well-being.

We often talk about living a happy life and making plans, believing happiness can be bought. We toil, dedicating all our time to this singular goal. But when the moment arrives to live happily, we find ourselves adrift because happiness is a skill that needs to be honed daily. Unfortunately, most of us are too preoccupied with our daily obligations to learn this skill.

Don’t get me wrong; life is hard, but sometimes, we must step back and ask ourselves:

“When the day comes to say, “I am happy,” will you know what that is? Will you feel what that is?”

Attaining peace and happiness is not an elusive goal. It’s about realizing the immense power you hold over your inner world, freeing yourself from the grip of…
